Up:town - A Residential Tower on Wijnhaven Island

Description
Since July 2019, there has been a new landmark on Wijnhaven Island in Rotterdam: a 107-meter-high residential tower housing 178 apartments across 33 floors.
HD is the developer and architect of the project, and Stebru is the contractor responsible for its development.
On behalf of Stebru, we outfitted the tower with 4,851 m² of window frames and 86 m² of curtain walls. We also installed 833 m² of window casings and 176 m² of base curtain wall.
The closed sections of the facade are made of SIPS elements with aluminum cladding.
