Description

The element facades consist of fully prefabricated components that are quickly installed on the building. In addition to enabling a very rapid construction pace and production under controlled conditions, this type of facade offers superior quality, with resistance up to 1000 Pa (depending on the shape and dimensions). Moreover, the construction site can be organized much more efficiently, requiring less labor and eliminating the need for scaffolding.

The Central Administration Real Estate Agency and the EMA Construction Group worked tirelessly to deliver this prestigious building in November 2019, after construction began in May 2018. This tight schedule was largely achieved thanks to the use of our prefabricated element facades.
