Major restructuring of a 9-story office building (ground floor + 9) with a complete renovation of the façade.

Types of façades :

• Semi-curtain wall VEP and VEC (ventilated and breathing systems)
• Curved: Grid curtain wall
• Cladding
• Atex (technical experiment authorization)
• Joint work with the company FEHR for the BFUHP (Ultra-High Performance Fiber-Reinforced Concrete)
• Façade surface: 7,900 m²
• 1,300 window frames
